Reprising their original roles in iconic films are Carmi Martin, Rio Locsin, Ma. Isabel Lopez and Gina Pareño. Although Hilda Koronel and Baby Delgado was not returning the said sequel, new characters are introduced. The new girl is working Ruffa Gutierrez, EULA Valdez, Eugene Domingo, Cristine Reyes and Jennylyn Mercado.

To be helmed by Jose Javier Reyes, 2010 Working Girls is definitely one of the most exciting local film to hit theaters next year.
