Justin Bieber, who was nominated for three Canadian Juno Awards this week, turned sweet 16 on Monday, but his grandest gift is still yet to be delivered -- a Lamborghini from Sean "Diddy" Combs. Says Bieber: "He said when I turn 16 he was going to give me his Lamborghini. But we all know Diddy's not gonna give me his Lamborghini. He's all talk." Stay tuned.
