Big thanks to Liz Uy‘s styling prowess, Shalani Soledad looked like a Koreanovela star on the cover of Preview magazine’s latest issue.
The 31-year-old Valenzuela councilor was transformed by Preview’s editor-at-large and celebrity stylist Liz Uy. Both Shalani and Liz were romantically linked to President Noynoy Aquino, by the way.
